Read this article today. I’m all about #8 – Meditation. I really want to include this in my everyday schedule, it’s just so hard to find the necessary quiet time each day. I’m thinking maybe a guided class is the answer to help me advance.
I’ve always been curious and what little I’ve experienced is amazing. It definitely works and now I’m finally in a place mentally where I can do this regularly and advance. I never would have been able to do this when I used to self-medicate everyday. I absolutely love being in control and clear minded 24/7, continuing my journey with meditation just seems natural.
New goal: Drink up!
First, thank you everyone for all of the great comments yesterday! You are the inspiration for me to keep going after Day 100 and I’m so excited to have everyone along for this next leg of the journey. I just mentioned in my email to Belle today that I just love our great group of gals (and guys)! 🙂
